Copy Writers The Write Impression Kate Everett has worked in the publishing world for more than twenty years. After spending several years as a member of staff for the County Newspapers Group, Kate has been working as a freelance writer and PR advisor since 1997. Kate's maxim is that there is always a story to be told and she is absolutely committed to helping small businesses expand and develop through the effective use of press and publicity. Her career has included a year spent as an outreach press advisor to small businesses in North-Essex and many strong working partnerships with small businesses and charities. Kate has worked for a number of corporate and private clients on a variety of different projects and has an unencumbered commercial portfolio. Kate is also a regular commissioned feature writer for Essex Life and Hertfordshire Life magazines and she works as a voluntary Press Officer for an Essex charity and local football clubs. Caroline Foster has been a freelance writer for the past ten years, initially writing commercial advertorials and editorials for Essex County Newspapers. Since 2000, Caroline has been continuously commissioned by the Archant Group working on a number of their Life publications including Essex Life & Countryside, Hertfordshire Life, Cambridgeshire Life, Suffolk Magazine and EADT Saturday Magazine. Caroline also regularly contributes to other regional titles such as Suffolk & Norfolk Life, Suffolk Journal, Essex Style as well as a number of national publications. Caroline's commercial portfolio is just as varied as she has provided written support to clients in the leisure industry, numerous small local businesses, artists and craft persons. Caroline's ethos is 'sell by words' and uses this strategy to promote companies, products and individuals. After winning the coveted 'Writer of the year' award from the Writers' Bureau in 2006, Caroline has spent much of the last two years tutoring and mentoring other writers on both commercial and personal writing projects through her associate company Creative Writing Groups. |
